LSD - Doors

XTR CarChip Tuning is a certified and authorized sales and installation partner for LSD-Doors.


The LSD-System includes a special chancer, which opens the door to the outside first, and then (secured and muffled) to the top. A gas spring helps to open it, so there’s no need to spend much power. To open the door, it takes two steps:

• Step #1:	Just open the door as You used to do, until the maximum angle which LSD advises (ca. 30 degrees). You will have enough space to get in or get out of your car.
• Step #2:	Lift the door. The door can be lifted at this special point, and with help of the gas spring it can be opened to the maximum point of 40 degrees.

The door mounting will be succeeded at the original fixing point. Adjustable mountings are preventing that You cannot open the door too wide, or that it can fall down when it is completely open.
